KJBME welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and short communications spanning all areas of business, management, and economics. Subject areas include strategic management and corporate governance, entrepreneurship and innovation management, small and medium enterprise development, finance and investment management, accounting and auditing, marketing management and consumer behaviour, human resource management and organisational behaviour, leadership and change management, supply chain and operations management, business analytics and decision sciences, development economics and economic policy, macroeconomics and monetary policy, microeconomics and market analysis, international trade and globalisation, digital business and e-commerce, fintech and financial innovation, public sector management and administration, project management, and corporate social responsibility and sustainability. The journal is particularly interested in research that addresses the strategic, operational, and economic challenges facing organisations and economies in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. Studies exploring the intersection of business and technology, the dynamics of emerging and developing economies, sustainable business practices, and evidence-based approaches to policy and management decision-making are strongly encouraged.
